Resident Training Program

The Resident Training Program at Matha Ayurveda Eye Hospital is intended for fresher Ayurvedic Doctors (who have successfully completed B.A.M.S course from CCIM approved Ayurveda colleges in India). The selected candidates would be posted as Junior Medical officers for a period of 3 months. The intention of this program is to provide Ayurvedic doctors an insight to the specialty branch of ophthalmology in Ayurveda. On successful completion of the training program, the candidate would have sufficient hands on experience on the various practices and specialty treatment procedures of ophthalmology in Ayurveda. The aim of this course is to provide young doctors with a platform to introduce them into the world of eye care in Ayurveda. We strongly recommend that only those who nurture a genuine interest in the field of Ayurvedic Ophthalmology should apply for this program.

Other requirements : The candidate would need to undergo a selection procedure which would include an interview before being admitted to the program . Kindly note that the training program would be rigorous and complete dedication is expected from the candidate during the training duration .

Course Duration : 3 Months

Course Fees: Rs 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)

Food and Accomodation Charges : Extra (Rs 3000/- per month)
